DeafLincs Sign Language Interpreting Service provides professional Sign Language Interpreters to facilitate effective communication between Deaf and Hearing people across a wide spectrum of professional fields. We work with numerous organisations and businesses throughout the Lincolnshire area and beyond and we pride ourselves on our interpreter's consistant high standards of service.

Interpreters are completely impartial and follow Signature and ASLI codes of Ethics and Guidelines for professional practice. ( www.signature.org.uk www.asli.org.uk )
Our Interpreters do not give advice or opinions - instead our aim is to facilitate positive, effective communication between deaf and hearing people.
All interpreting transactions are treated as strictly confidential, and no information is passed on to a third party without express permission.
DeafLincs Sign Language Interpreting Service is backed by full Public Liability Insurance for our client's peace of mind.

Fees. ( from 1st.April,2011.)
£40 per hour, minimum charge 2 hours, inclusive.
Additional time over 2hours will be charged at £20 per half hour.
Travel time will be charged.

11 - 14 working days No charge
10 - 6 working days Half charge
5 or less working days Full charge

Equipment
Deaf Lincs no longer provide equipment for Adults or Children.
If you require any equipment, please contact SILCS on 01522 848 295 who are now providing equipment on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council.
